I have a pdf document that I need copy select pages from and then email these select pages to different people.

I can't figure out how to copy them? Any ideas?

Have you tried 'printing' the relevent pages, and printing to pdf, and sending _that_?

Well I tried that but it won't even let me print just certain pages just the whole thing. Oh well!

What if you tried cutting and pasting onto Pages and print from Pages?
