Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

For some reason, I feel like I would really like to have one.

if you have one... do you use it a lot? OR does it sit unused?
What brands do you like?

What interesting uses do you find for yours?

The idea of neat and tidy labels just appeals to me so much... but it seems like a good one does not run cheap.

Hi, I love my label maker and they are on sale this time of year. I did a Facebook page on how I used mine and how we have attempted to organize our home with 8 kids. Look on the Mothering and Family Life boards under "facebook page on organizing" You don't have to have an acct. to look at the page. Hope it helps.

I use a handheld Letratag similar to this one. Nothing fancy. And I use it. A LOT. For home, for school, outside projects, everything.

I purchased one from Target and use it sporadically for light switches, storage bins, file folders and sometimes to organize bookshelves. I also used it for little glass jars that hold things in the craft cabinet. I think it's pretty convenient and could probably find more ways to use it!

My label maker thoughts...

Melinda, I use the label maker often - in part - because I keep it handy. I mostly label paperwork (files, binders), containers, and shelves .

Love,

I have a Brother P-Touch and love it.   I go in spurts, labeling everything for awhile and then forgetting about it awhile.

I use it for labeling dividers in binders that I have for the kids' lesson plans, file folders for same, empty spice jars that I've re-filled with something else (like my new fave - real salt), also to label things that go out of the house, like my Dremel tool at last night's Cub Scout pinewood derby workshop. I really want to organize and label shelves too but haven't quite gotten there yet.

I use my label maker alot.It was a very worthwhile purchase for me.My children now know where everything belongs, and I am no longer finding mixing bowls in the saucepan cupboard! The brand name is Brother, and I have had it for about four years with no problems.
