Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Anne's question about pms moods made me wonder about myself. I had a hysterectomy on May 10 and my ovary was left. Does anyone know if I will continue with pms? I am just beginning to get used to the whole "no more children" idea(I have been pregnant for 90 months- not straight though

I am not doing real well in the no baby idea, but I wonder also about hormones and such. Will I be worse at different times of the month or will this bad feeling stay with me? I hope I can learn to manage it on my own.

I think I am rambling, sorry.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you will continue with PMS. I had the same surgery 3 1/2 years ago.

The PMS is nothing compared to what it was before, and it took me a few months to figure out what was wrong. Oh, and I was also lucky enough to gain 50 pounds within 6 weeks after the surgery.

The no baby idea is a lot harder. I just keep praying.
