Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I know there are health benefits to sea salt, but what about Pink Himalayan Salt? I have to admit I bought some today just cuz I thought it was pretty! Now I need to justify my purchase!

I think it is supposed to have trace minerals in it that make it healthier. I like the flavor better than regular salt. Not that you can always tell, depending on what you use it in, but coarsely ground over tomato slices? Heaven!

Thanks Ladies! I will use my pink salt, knowing it is both pretty and healthy!
