In the $1 section at Target, there are some nice little Family Fun cookbooks.
Spiral bound, glossy color... I picked up one called School Night Suppers that looked inspiring. There was also a cute one for fall foods.

This book has a recipe in it for skillet lasagna.
It's made in a cast iron skillet on your stove top.

So easy- so good! It makes a ton, too.
