Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Just thought I'd share in case some of you might find this useful:

I just programmed Google Calendar to generate menus for me for-ever. I can go in and change things anytime, of course. But for now, I just listed, for example

10 breakfasts
22 lunches
22 dinners

that will repeat themselves infinitely until I change or stop something.

I've got a simple one here

As you can see I've got a generic beef/chicken/fish/pork thing going on there. What I'm planning to do is put more information under "description" if I want a specific reference like a blog post, or website, or page in a magazine or book I've got in the house. But at least I know, in case I haven't decided on a recipe yet and the day is here, that I should go get some chicken or beef defrosted first thing if that's what we're having for dinner, or the next day.

This simplifies things so much for me.
