Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I like Twelve Months of Monastery Soups.

I am still trying to figure out how to do that link thing, tho.

Try this Twelve Months of Monastery Soups

I can't figure out how to just make the Title do that tho.

Try this: When you click on the globe/chain hyperlink button, a little window should pop up that says "Script Prompt: Enter the on screen display text for the hyperlink". In that space, name your link something, like "12 Months of Monastery Soups" without the quotes, and click OK. Then *another* little window should pop up that has the http:// in the text box. This is where you paste in the URL you are linking to.

Maybe your computer does things differently?

Sorry to hijack your thread!!

This book is on my wish list ...

The Soup Peddler's Slow & Difficult Soups: Recipes And Reveries

And I always find things that I like in the Williams Sonoma cookbooks:
The Williams-Sonoma Collection: Soup

(I haven't tried this one of Vegetarian Soups but it came up when I was getting the other links. It is well rated and looks great for Lent.)
