One Corning Ware casserole dish just doesn't cut it anymore. So, I have been using two. What do you ladies with lots of eaters make casseroles in?

9x13 glass dish, or two of them. I can't buy up any bigger size than that, as our kitchen is quite small, including the sink!!

I use the pampered chef stoneware casserole--it's huge! It can make a gigantic lasagna! Plus you can easily roast a chicken & vegetables in it. It's stoneware so it cleans up like a breeze, and will last me forever.

I got a nice big lasagna pan from my mom (a Calphalon pan), and found something similar in stoneware at TJ Maxx.

I'd suggest hitting kitchen supply stores...some are open to the public, and you can find larger sized things there...

I was going to suggest the same thing. I don't have to feed a large family - but I have gotten great deals on stuff from restaurant supply stores, I love my cookie sheets (I guess technically they are jelly roll pans.) and I am sure they would have larger sized cookware.

A friend of mine and I have been discussing whether the larger full size stainless steel steam pans you find at Gordon Foods, Sam's or restaurant supply might work. They're heavy gauge and seem like they'd be perfect for baking. A restaurant supply store ought to be able to tell you whether they're suitable for baking.

I have two double-size aluminum baking pans that I tend to use frequently, but I'm hoping to buy the stainless soon. I'm trying to replace all our cookware with better quality, industrial-size since we make such large batches of everything we cook.

A 9x13" is still plenty for us, but maybe you could use a roasting pan without the rack. Mine non-stick and would be perfect for making an enormous casserole. I can't imagine ever making that much for my gang, but I know those days are coming!!

Like Sarah, I also have a Pampered Chef stoneware casserole. It is so deep that you could make a ton, and the cleanup is easy.
