Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I linked to a tutorial for a super easy pillow case dress on my blog. Here is the post Saragh's Pillowcase Dress. Hope that helps!

Blessings,
Betsie

I found several tutorials. It must have been last year there were several women who showed their gorgeous Pillowcase dresses, but I couldn't find a trace of the discussion here, so my memory must be a little hazy.

But I did remember this site:

A safer Pillowcase Dress which I liked the "safer" part.

Wish I had a little girl to make one!

Thanks for the links. I really like the "safer" one. She even says how many st per inch I should set my machine (I am *really* a beginner, so I need stuff like that).

Now the next question, where to get pillowcases? I was thinking of checking out the thrift store, but if I am unsuccessful there, where else should I look?

Thanks!!

Beth
