Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Dh and ds were trimming trees, and ds' coat now has splotches of pine sap.

Has anyone had successful removal of the stains? Please share! Round one with pretreating, soaking and washing didn't work.

I have had success with scrubbing with Fels Naphtha soap and then letting it set for an hour or so before laundering. This also works on tractor grease.

Hope that helps.

Peace,
Nancy

Have you used LAVA soap?It works great on motor oil and tough stuff like that.It is also gentle on the clothes.
