Thank you for bumping this PSM thread ! I have taken the suggestions of evening primrose and opitivte and went on a research binge. In doing so, I think I might have come across what could potentially be a good diagnosis for what ails me! Pyroluira

I left a message for my doctor today and will give her this information and see what she thinks, but I have all the sypmtoms associated. We have been workig for several eyars to diagnose and figure out how to help me. SSRI's, SNRI's, and NPRI's do not work and cause worsening symptoms. Adrenal support seemed to help but my natural doc retired. Labs always look good, so nothing stands out as THE problem. Psychologist helped with acute problems right at birth, but nothing long term. We are beginning to see a correlation in the monthly hormonal cycle and symptoms, but I am not considered early menopause base on tests.

So, anyway, just wanted to say thanks for bumping! I also wanted to share this in case anybody else might be in the same boat as me.
