Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I'm wondering how families start their days. Ours actually starts the night before. I take 5 prescriptions at about 7:30 each night. I'm to bed between 9 and 10. On all these mental health meds, my natural wake up time is about 9 am. If I take my meds earlier then I am sleeping earlier but i can manage to get up a little earlier. I don't really feel too many effects of the meds if I get up at an earlier time but aometimes I am sick to my stomach an feel sort of hungover. I have morning meds to take care of these problems but they take about an hour.
I need to get up earlier (before kids) and deal with the side affects I the meds.
Any suggestions to get my sorry butt out of bed early? The medicine can't be stopped so I guess I just need some good old fashioned tricks
to get my days started at a reasonable time.

What about..

Have your morning meds nearby, set 2 alarms, one for an hour before you want to get up and one for when you want to get up.. wake up and take the meds with the first alarm and then sleep for another hour and get up with the second alarm.
