Can anyone recommend a good probiotic supplement - I have the baby on Primadophilus and everyone else on Kyodophilus. I am not sure if they Kyodophilus is that effective.

There is one recommmended in the Gut and Psychology Syndrome link in the previous thread, it says it is the best out there (though I'm sure that claim is make often) it is called BioKult, I have not tried it myself.

I am using PB8 which is sometimes recommended as an alternative to BioKult which has 14 different good bacteria but is $50 a bottle!!!!!!!!!!

PB8 is about half that price, and 8 good strains. I was able to get it in town here.

I have also been pleased with Geneflora.
