Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I am brand new to these forums (though, I've lurked and searched for some time), but I wanted to share/ask about the following:

Make Your Own Jewelry Kit

We bought this for my 3 year old's birthday (oldest) because he loved the one we gave as a gift for dh's goddaughter, and he will string the beads forever. I also thought this would be appropriate for use as a moveable alphabet (if we ever learn our letters with the sandpaper letters I've made, lol).

So, experts, am I on the right track? Can it do double duty? Forgive me if someone has already discussed this. It's my first post (after introduction) and its always a little difficult to jump into an active forum for the first time.

Welcome! We have the same kit- my boys loved it as well as my daughter, and yes I think it makes a great moveable alphabet-type work. Plus the stringing itself is a great fine motor skill. I'll have to get mine out of the closet, thanks for reminding me of it!
