The target dollar spot right now has a lot of things for back to school that fit into the "I can use this for something..."

The craft sheets for the constructive triangles, small globes (good for little hands or a sandpaper globe), card "decks" with dinosaurs, butterflies, states, US presidents, etc- buy two sets and you have an instant matching activity. I also saw a really cute foam clock- good for telling time- and who knows what else is there if you could actually stand and look for more than two minutes...

I didn't even think about buying 2 sets of the cards for a matching activity - looks like a Target run is on the agenda for tomorrow after Mass. Too bad for dh that it's practically on the way home

I did buy the sheets for constructive triangles, but for some reason didn't even get one single globe!

I too am guilty for not thinking about getting 2 sets of the cards for matching. We love to play "Go Fish" here, so that would be a winner too! Maybe I need several decks of each!
