I'm so enjoying all the posts in this forum lately, as it's helping me get a kickstart to organizing my son for this fall. I need all the help I can get...seems my brain needs organization first. I have so much sorting out to do.
Meredith and Theresa (and more) have mentioned printing out oodles of pages, making a binder of materials.
Would you mind sharing your Table of Contents? (With links even would be more helpful.)
I'm operating with a crippled printer, so I'm hoping to take a plan and print out items from my mother's printer.

I just started a binder this week- one of the many great tips I've picked up on this site.
My dh keeps saying things like: did you mean to print 37 pages?

I am consistently amazed at how my life follows this board. I've been making a binder, not only because that is what I do  , but more importantly because my daughter just finished her year at Montessori school and is looking for "home work", as she describes it.
I am trying to figure out what I am going to do...she will be six in the fall and she will be home.
So far, up front:

Well, My binder is expanding daily around here 
Mine is similar to Patty's:
1) All MWEI Sensorial Work Presentations including their introductory information for each section of Sensorial.
2) All MWEI Math Presentations
3) The Handiwork Table of Contents (still working on this one) I will most definately bestarting with the beginning stitching ala Lapazfarm style  !
More to come, still putting this together.
I also have my Presentations from Moira's 3-6 and Mass Kits, plus the Easter/Holy Week Presentations, but they are self contained and kept in my cupboard with all my Home Education Books!!

Lots of free printouts and downloads from Montessori Mom
I find Lori's blog at Montessori For Everyone to be very helpful. She has some really great posts on basics, top 10 must haves, etc.
I've downloaded a number of her freebies
And I've purchased a number of her pdf's from her online store
Like most everyone else here - all of the presentations for sensorial, practical, math, beginning reading, handwork from MWEI. They are by far my favorite source of online presentation info because their presentations are always very clear and organized. That's so helpful for me, a beginner! Also, it seemed that the overview at the beginning of each section implied a certain order which was helpful. I printed it all. Their presentations were the one thing that helped me start to "see" how everything would work together. Plus, they look good when printed. Seems goofy, but important to me in a binder. BTW - my MWEI presentations fill a 2" binder - bring plenty of paper to your mom's.
I still need to go through the downloads from JMJ Publishing.

Oh, Boy!I started out with a half inch binder for the whole deal and now I am thinking I need to go with one for each topic!LOL!
Here is what I have so far:
Math: (from MWEI)
All 8 presentations for the Decimal system (chp 2)
All 3 presentations for Addition (chp 3)
The last two from Linear counting (chp 7)
Math from MTC: small bead frame
I will be printing more math from MTC soon.
MTC math 3-6 album
And also the dot game from somewhere, I can't remember but most likely JMJ pub.
Language:MWEI: all of Large Moveable Alphabet, and Beginning reading intro and Pink and Blue Levels.Also First Writing of Letters and Reading materials specifications.
I am getting ready to print all of the insets for design presentations too.

I am planning on exploring the MTC site a lot more because it is just full of great stuff.
I also found a very good presentation for addition strip boards and mult boards on my Montessori Makers group, but have not yet printed it. Let me know if you need it.

I'm really enjoying the presentations at MTC as well Theresa, and I would agree, their Culture Album is fantastic!! My binder is a 1 1/2" do far and I have a feeling I'll be adding at least another one that size here, before too long
I'd love the info from MM on the addition strip boards. I joined but have yet to utilize them to any extent yet!
Lori's blog is wonderful too, she's in the trenches just like we are, so her information is very realistic to me!!

My computer/printer situation is a little messed up right now, but I have the 6-9 Math, Geometry, and Language albums from MTC in one binder, and I've just started a separate binder for planning in which I'm keeping my inventory of materials, divided by subject. I'm still deciding what else should go in this binder, but at a minimum I think a list of presentations/activities for each child, which I'll probably pull from a variety of sources (online and from purchased manuals).
I really need to consolidate, because in various other binders I have organization posts from playschool6, a collection of photos of shelves from various blogs, Kathy Van Duyke's Montessori articles (scroll down to the end of her section)... but they're all in different places.

Are these printouts of presentations a good substitute for purchasing the Montessori R&D or NAMC manuals?

Yes, Jenn, for me the free online albums are what I am printing and putting in my binder for now. I'm hopeful that with practicing the presentations and seeing the *reality* of it happening in my dc's work, I will not need to purchase any manuals, so for now the online albums are sufficient for my purposes. I am SO grateful they are there as well 
I believe Angela has some of the R&D and NAMC, she may have some thoughts here...
(Don't forget the MTC and MWEI as well as Shu-Chen Jenny Yen's)

I actually bought the NAMC Mathematics manual after I printed out the albums from MTC because I needed to see pictures. Then again, I'm fairly visual. But the math presentations just didn't make sense to me until I saw images of the material all laid out. Of course, MWEI *does* show you photos... but either I didn't know about it at the time I ordered my manual *or* they hadn't put all this stuff up then, I'm not sure which.
Personally, I'm not really planning on buying any other albums for the 3-6 age. I think all the online resources cover that pretty well. Where I run into trouble is with the elementary level. MTC does have elementary level albums, and I printed them out. But from looking at the tables of contents of the R&D manuals... they just cover SO much more. And they go up into the 9-12 range, so they cover my oldest, too. The NAMC manuals are nicely laid out with very nice photos, but they definitely don't seem as hefty as the R&D manuals. (Plus the R&D manuals are cheaper!) And I know that many people on the playschool6 list use the R&D manuals. So I will probably be ordering their elementary math and grammar manuals this year, and possibly some of the science and geography manuals as well.
