Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Have fun with this one! We can't all love conjugating verbs, right?

For me it's a toss-up between math and the most math-heavy science. I actually did go with chem, because as I progress through my kids' math programs, I feel better about math than I ever did before, and more interest in dealing with it with them, because I've been doing it with them, and it has surprised me by being not horrible and alienating, as I had always thought. The day when I'm interested in chemistry, on the other hand, has yet to arrive. :)

(My kids would probably say that their least-favorite subject for me to teach is writing, because it's "my thing." So they're like, "Write something, but don't show Mom . . . " I don't even think I'm that critical -- but where they know I know what I'm talking about, their default mode is defensive. sigh)

I love math... algebra is my friend! But as far as teaching it... that is for sure a challenge with ds. His high drama personality kicks in at the mere mention of the word...

English! It seems so opened ended- math and science are so open and go. But I am a mathy person- never liked English in school!

That said, we all love reading alone and together, and somehow, my kids have all developed into good writers so far.

Math for sure, highschool math is beyond my area of what I like to teach. Will try to tackle it if I must, but am hoping dh will kick in for highschool math.

I remember yelling at a sister (my chemistry teacher) over moles. This won't be pretty

Chemistry...ugh... Though I LOVE making moles with the kids for Mole Day! There's Darth Mole, Han Molo, Ganon-mole, and Link and Chewbacca as moles too.

We outsource math to Uncle Buck aka Dana Mosley by using Chalk Dust math. My dh does the grading, but Uncle Buck does the teaching.

I love teaching math. Not so much a foreign language.
