Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

My SIL is an English high school teacher in a private school. She strongly advised that literature must be discussed in a group setting to allow for interesting discussions and help develop critical thinking skills. This makes me wonder if I should enroll dd in an online Catholic literature course instead of using IEWs Windows to the World which I was considering. I don't have time to read ahead any books since I work full time. Any advice? Tia.

I do think it's great to be able to discuss books as we're reading them or after they're finished. If I were you, I'd get audio versions of the books your kids are reading so that you can be ready to discuss that with them, even if you do enroll them in an online course. You'll all enjoy them!
