My son (5) loves the Eric Carle book, A House for Hermit Crab, so I spent most of my morning writing a unit for this book (to use next week, I think).

Anyway, does anyone have any fun stuff (crafts, links, book titles, etc.) to add?    Thanks! :)

Platypus by Chris Riddel is a fun title to include for a younger child. The book has a delightful exchange between a platypus searching the shoreline for treasures and a hermit crab. This book led us to read others including a House for Hermit Crab.
