Just starting to request them. I got Miracle on 133rd Street ( Sonia Manzano) - completely secular story about community in a neighborhood at Christmas. It is fine but nothing fantastic, especially since it has no mention of the reason for the holiday.

And the pickings look slim this year...

Thanks for posting, Ellie. I found it really hard to find new Christmas books on Amazon this year. I kept looking and looking and wondering if there just were not that many new ones being published or if there was some secret way of finding them

Kristoph and the First Christmas Tree
and
St. Nicholas and the Nine Gold Coins... I liked Jim Forest's St. George book a lot so I have high hopes for this one!
