Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We all love The Penderwicks, but ds(10) loves it so much he asked for the book for Christmas. He is thrilled to have his own copy at last. I think he has read it twice. We usually borrow it from the library.
Dd, who is 5, loves anything Berenstein Bears or Angelina Ballerina. She also has an Usborne Princess book.
Just curious as to what books your kids go back to over and over...

My ds and dd loved The Mitchells series. Dd (10) loves Harry Potter and ds is into all the Flat Stanley books right now. Ds will also go back over and over to anything that has to do with greek myths. Dd also will always go to American Girl and any of the Little House books. Her absolute favorites are Lissa's Charlotte years.
