We borrowed the Tales of Beatrix Potter on Cd from our library yesterday. The narrator is Nadia May. She is wonderful and they are absolutely mesmerizing for me and the kids. Our Beatrix Potterkick, which started with the movie, then her birthday, now these CDS, has led to three pet bunnies which arrived today! If I had not gotten them from the library, the amazon list price would seem reasonable to me for the quality of the product.

I downloaded some BP stories (Tales of Peter Rabbit) from our library's website, put them on CD and the kids listened to them recently on our drives to and from Maryland several times. I'm not sure of the narrator's name, as it was a digital download, but it is a delightful woman's voice and they really enjoyed them.

Ours are living in our learning room in a cage with food and water. We remove the bottom tray every two days to clean and disinfect, mop the area underneath, give fresh food and water each morning, and playtime every afternoon plus a gentle cuddle before bed. They are our 4-H project for the year.
