Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Has anyone read these books? And if you have could you please let me know what you and your children thought of them. My library doesn't have them and if I don't want to wait for the library to purchase them, then I will have to purchase one myself. So, before I lay my money down, I would like to get some reviews. Thank you so much. God bless!

My ds borrowed them from a friend and *I* was the one who ended up reading them I'd call them "Redwall Lite"- my ds never ended up reading them (he had too many books in his "to read" pile) but I enjoyed them. My son is 14 and may have also looked at these books as too young for him. Don't know if that helps at all.

Yes, that was my impression of them when I did google search and got a wikipedia page. Glad to hear that you liked it. I'll probably purchase a used copy of the first book on amazon.com and go from there.

Thanks for the info.

God bless!
