Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Last week, while reading several wonderful blogs, I came across one that had a link to buy cookie cutters for a gingerbread nativity scene.

Anyone remember where or who sold it?

THANKS!!

Don't know about the blog post, but I know what you are talking about:

Nativity Bake Set

Leaflet Missal also carries this item.

I own it, and just be forewarned that the pieces don't bake the same, as they are different sizes. BAby Jesus always burns, he's so little.

I have these too and the children really enjoy helping me decorate the nativity scene (for some reason the lambs are especially well-liked). I put the smaller cookies in the middle of my cookie sheet and the larger ones on the outside which prevents any of them from burning in my oven. We also use the cookie cutters to make applesauce and cinnamon ornaments for our Christmas tree (no baking required).

Thank you so much, Jenn!
I'm going to order it right now. 8-)
I tried searching and only came up with instruction, but no mold (cookie cutters)....I'm not that good yet. LOL

Christine,
We'll have to try the appliesauce & cinnamon ornaments, too. I'm trying to fill most days w/ some sort of craft activity before baby comes.

Here's the link to the Catholic Child Nativity cookie set (I read about it on Mary Ellen's blog!)
