Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I saw this book at a conference this last weekend. Has anyone purchased it? It looks like a "Mosaic" book, but I would love to hear the exact story line. I'm wondering if it is another Christmas time story or it would fit somewhere/anywhere else in the year. It is the same illustrator from Angel in the Waters.
Thanks
Margot

This book looks just beautiful. My dh and I bless our dc every night. He does his in Latin and I ask their Guardian Angel and all of heaven to watch over them and keep them safe, with the sign of the cross on their forehead. That look in their eyes and the firmness of their embrace, is a very comforting feeling. They have a real security in that blessing. I'm sure many other parents do this, but I look at my dc and I know what they have been through and to see that look, well it just touches my soul.
I would love to own this book. I'm in Australia, if anyone knows more about buying it here. I'm all ears.

God Bless
Poppy
(I have edited this post as when I read it back it didn't make complete sense) I wrote it at about 2.30am Aussie time so please excuse me if you had read it and thought I was a little looney/sentimental.
