Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I know this is probably somewhere in the forums, I just can't seem to find it and wanted to ask about this specifically for the Mosaic...are the albums a large focus of the Catholic Mosaic or could one do without them and get along fine using all the picture books and following the liturgical year with all the suggestions in the lesson plans?? I ask this not because I don't want to buy the albums, I'm just not sure we need that much more material??? Does that make sense?? Help!! I haven't done a ton of formal Montessori yet and am just sort of trying to figure all this COGS stuff out without really knowing what it is and how it would be incorporated with Mosaic.

Thanks for any and all answers

Meredith,
You absolutely do not need MOira's albums or CHC plans to do the Mosaic. Those things are nice, but not necessary at all.
