Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I just saw in the new Ignatius catalog a bible study for kids. It is called the Great Adventure for Kids. I know there is an adult version, but is anyone familiar with the kids version?

Here is an earlier thread on the Great Adventure for Kids
Great Adventure Kid's Bible Study which will give

And you can watch a video on how to use the Great Adventure for Kids here Training Video Great Adventure for Kids.

I have the cards and the timeline which I am using with my first grader.

We go over the cards between stories to remember what we've learned and we go over the timeline between each section to review the last section and an overview of the next. She really enjoys this.

[I'm using the Bible for Young Catholics for the readings, if I was working with an older child, I'd use an actual bible]

I would say that the kit is most useful for including younger children in a family Great Adventure study or as a supplement to a bible reading program.
