I have yet to get my house blessed because I am always thinking that I want everything to be perfect. I've just come to terms that with 5 children ages 6 and under, that is life for now! I'm gearing up to have the house blessed and will also be doing an enthronement to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

I had a matching set of pictures, but one of my son's went to kiss Mary and dropped the antique frame and fragile picture and everything ripped and broke. I had gotten the pictures on Ebay as antiques, and now I cannot find the matching Immaculate Heart of Mary print. Can anyone help me? The picture of the Sacred Heart of Jesus can be found HERE

Aw, I'm so sorry this happened! I don't have a source, but I'll pray that you can find something.

I have had my house blessed, but this is the year for the Enthronement for me, too. I have to get my Sacred Heart picture framed. I'm such a perfectionist, too, so everything takes forever.

I'm so sorry, Susana. That's such a beautiful image of Our Lord!

Did the image of Our Lady rip beyond repair? Is there any way you could do some creative restoring with acid-free tape on the back of the image and then perhaps using a Michael's coupon to have it reframed in a similar or complementary frame?

My only other idea would be to continue searching for the image on ebay. Do you know the artist's name? It looks like a gigantic version of a beautiful old holy card.

something different, show the picture to your children on the computer monitor, give them some paints and pencils and large painting paper, you may get something even better!

Thank you for your ideas ladies! I wish I knew the name of the artist! The idea of having my children draw a picture is so touching! I bet they would like that too. Just the other day my son was drawing pictures of the Joyful mysteries while listening to the Holy Heroes CD :)

I'm going to try to just stop being such a perfectionist and just go for it already!
