Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I've been trying to find the books for Catholic Mosaic and through a google search found this link for Brother Joseph Painter of Icons

http://www.christianbook.com/Christian/Books/product?item_no =93740X&netp_id=428482&event=ESRCN&ite

It's $10.99, cheaper than anywhere else I could find. It'll ship in early July.

Just wanted to pass it on for others trying to gather the books! I have seven more to go though a few are definitely out of my price range.

I have just finally looked into what Catholic Mosaic IS, since I keep seeing it mentioned on this forum. (That Cay is impressing me more and more every day!)

Now I am intrigued with doing this with my kids. But I would never be able to buy all of the story books. Are all of the titles available through town libraries??

Melissa, Thanks for that link.

For others, this is Catholic Mosaic.

Laura, my library does not carry all of these books. Some are harder to find. But I've been surprised at the ones it does carry, and check them out when I can.

But I've been adding books slowly to our family library. I look for sales, and add the ones that interest me at the time. I can't remember when this came out, but I think I started following the suggested list at least a year and a half ago, maybe less maybe more? Can't remember. But I know there has been more than one cycle to some of the books.

Cay might chime in, but even though there is a long list of suggested books, not all the books are detailed suggested activities and discussions. You might consider just choosing some of those titles, adding more if you want. For example, there are more than one title for St. Nicholas and St. Patrick and Mary. You could just pick one.
