Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Jennifer,

What have searched for? I don't have time to do the footwork, but the sacraments were originally in the Roman Ritual, or the Rituale Romanum. It might help to search for the Latin phrases of Baptism and Sacraments, too (which escape right now).

i don't know what is the official one. I have a copy from 1964 that has an English Translation (Philip Weller), but I don't think I have the Latin for the sacrament.

Jenn,
I searched under "1962 baptismal rite" and every variation thereof - "traditional baptismal rite," "Tridentine baptism rite." I can find the 1964 rite, which I think is very similar, but is all in the vernacular. The 1962 rite should have some of the prayers in latin with the english translation and some prayers in the vernacular. My 1962 Missal doesn't have the baptismal rite, I know the St. Andrews does. I just figured this would be an easy find. It's not.
