Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have Moira's 3-5 album, and after spending a year making and gathering materials (still not finished), I'm planning to begin with it this fall.

So my question for those who are doing this already is, do you do your presentations on a specific date or just in order during the correct season? The presentations for Advent, Christmas, and Epiphany are marked with the days to give them, but I'm wondering about the rest of the year, namely Lent and Easter. For example, would you do the Cenacle presenation on Good Friday?

Thanks!

I meant to ask if you would do the Cenacle on Holy Thursday, not Good Friday.

Jordan:
We do them in order, during a particular season. ie: during Lent, first we did the grain of wheat, then the Good Shepherd. That's all we did last year. Next year, we'll try to do the above ones and hopefully the next two.

I try to look ahead about a month and just have an idea of when I'd like to do the presentations. I usually did them on Monday morning.

Except for the ones that ARE specific to a feast day, then I'd do them on that particular day. ie: Epiphany, Holy Thursday, etc.

I think the 6-9 album has more presentations that are specific for a feast day.

HTH,

This is how we have done ours up to this point as well, and my dc seem to love the Mass Kit Presentations so much that they just want to repeat those

I'm shooting for 2 per month to start as we are incorporating SO MUCH *new* this year with Montessori, so I want them to be able to have time to really savor the information and assimilate it!

Blessings!

Thank you, Suzanne & Meredith. What you've said makes sense to me.

I often end up not being able to do the presentation on the correct day ( b/c usually on that day we are going to Mass or have company or something!) but do try to stick to the seasons as others have said. I like the idea of a set day of the week for presentations, I think making it a part of the routine is key to fitting it in. At least for me!
