Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Anyone have an idea for a fairly simple craft to go along with a study about Mozart this month? My boys are 4.5 and 6. We've been talking about his life, listening to his music, going to make some Mozart-inspired sweets -- but I'd like a craft to round things out.

Thanks!

Melanie

How about wigs made from paper bags and cotton balls? Try this link for this wig.

Paula and Melanie,
Last year (before you had joined the forums) the composer study for January was Mozart. There are tons of great ideas in the thread that was started for that - January 2006 Composer study. Enjoy.

Some of these aren't all crafts but:

Can you bake musical note cookies for them to decorate?

Play pin the musical note on the birth city game?

Make flags?

Musical chairs?

Make a sachertorte?
