Lucky you, on all counts! It definitely isn't picnic weather here - it's the cold, damp and muddy season - and I like Handel. What are you planning to listen to? We aren't studying a composer at the moment. I'd intended to study Tchaikowsky this term, but never got organised. For now we are listening to Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition as we are going to a hear it at a children's concert in April (I mean a concert for children, where they use it to introduce the various instruments of the orchestra, not a concert by children). The other piece we are listening to a lot is Rossini's William Tell overture. I'm getting a double CD of trumpet music for Rachel's birthday next week, and I've ordered the music from Lord of the Rings for myself, so I guess those will be our next listening. Maybe we'll get to Tchaikowsky after Easter!
