I am trying to find audio books about history, but having no luck with the overview books (The World's Story). Do you have some favorite audio books I could download for summer road trips? I checked the library and we do not have Story of The World.

I'd like an overview book, but would settle for some interesting historical books (world, not necessarialy US history). Age range is K-6th.

I'm going to keep poking around, but if you have a recommendation, please share.

My favorite overview book has a wonderful audio: A Little History of the World by E. H. Gombrich

We've listened to it on more than one long car trip. Learned so much!
