Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I came across two timelines in my Cricket magazine this weekend called the Calliope Time Line of World History and Calliope Time Line of American History. They are 60" x 37" each, $10.95 each, and see chocked full of information. Our "fill it in yourself" timeline is not going well, so I really want to get kicking with the history notebooks (and the pages from tanglewood) and I thought getting a filled in timeline might work for us.

Does anyone have these poster? Are they laminated?

Any thoughts on getting a "filled in" timeline?

(P.S. This is my first time sending a hyperlink, so please bear with me if it didn't work )

Molly,
The hyperlink worked well and I think those timelines look wonderful. We have a Little House timeline to which the kids refer all the time and they are intrigued by the "coincidences" in time. Maybe these would be good for the wall and your "do-it-yourself" could be a Book of Centuries.

These look really interesting, Molly. If you order them, will you let us know if they are laminated or not? Thanks!

These timelines are not laminated and they are huge! I haven't had a chance to really read them over yet, but they seem to be just what I wanted. Now to find the space for them!

I wonder if you could cover them with contact paper....

They look really neat. Just how HUGE are they though? You can get them laminated at an office supply store, or teacher's store. It's not too expensive, and really helps to make things stay better. Though you wouldn't be able to fold them then.
