Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hi!

I have Rosetta Stone Spanish 1 &2 for next year and am wondering how you all plan your lessons? It seems like, on the computer lessons, the lessons run into each other so it's hard to know when to stop. Has anybody used this before? I could use some guidance!

Thanks in advance!
Grace & Peace

Ana, my children use it. At first I tried to do actual lesson plans, but it got to be too stressful for me as mom trying to do this AND all the other subjects too. So we do formal lessons for Latin instead, and they do Spanish and French "for fun". IOW, they're allowed 15-30 minutes a day on the computer doing Rosetta Stone. However many lessons they cover in that time frame is up to them. When they get bored I let them stop. If they want to continue I give them more minutes.

Just my .02, hth,

Happy 4th!

Did any of you use the workbooks that go with it?   RS is a little vague when you're working with it on the computer.

I have one child who, for the sake of being on the computer, would spend an hour doing RS, and not remember a thing. I would like to ensure they are learning in some way.

Maybe using a timer, like you said, Stef, would be the easiest thing to do. Any other suggestions?
