Has anyone used the National Geographic's Map Essentials program as offered on the Angelicum Academy's web site? It is listed as a first grader's material and I'd like to get some input from someone who has used it.

My son is interested in learning about maps but he is in the earliest stages and isn't reading fluently yet. He is however, doing fine in drawing and could handle some work in that department.

Scroll down a bit to see the ME materials. All together it is a decent investment so I wanted to ask first before spending.

Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
