Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I used Konos for one year, and since then I use it on and off. I guess, like everything else, I use the manuals as resources instead of as curriculum. The year we did it, I choose it because it was what my kids happened to be interested in at the time (senses, pioneers and knights).

I don't think I answered your question, but I'm not sure I know what you are looking for.

I use KONOS as a resource, too, mostly for book titles because we do a lot of "unit" reading here. The other stuff--pertinent Bible verses, activities, etc.--is handy to reference and we'll pull some stuff to do every now and then. (Because it's Protestant, every now and then something slips in that has an un-Catholic or anti-Catholic slant, but it's actually rather rare in my experience (I have Vol 1) and easily skipped.)

It's also a little expensive per volume so it's nice to find them used.

Thanks for your answers. I was wondering since it wasn't Catholic.
