This looks like a book of ideas, not something premade for you. I've seen similar ideas online - for free.

Thanks Maryan. I bought it. We already do some bag things and Andrew loves the concept. They are great for take alongs too.

that's the one I was thinking of.

which gives a more detailed description, with pictures, of the book you're interested in. The activities look fun.
