Two days ago, we received the news that our friends, the Kempfs from Kansas City, MO, a long-time homeschooling family, lost their husband and father, David. The mother is in the midst of fighting cancer and the teenager daughter is also ill with a cyst. David died suddenly over a week's time period from an undetected heart blockage. He was 52. It has been so unexpected and horrible. Thank you.

Oh Stephanie,I am so sorry to hear this ! Candy and David were so helpful when Michael was appying to ND. We met them at one of the Father's of Mercy ordinations and Maria O'B. has kept me updated on Candy. My heart is aching for them all- they will be in our prayers.
