This morning at Mass, just after the final blessing, an elderly man in our church took gravely ill. He was conscious when the ambulance arrived, but he was moaning and obviously in terrible distress. We see this kind, friendly gentleman regularly at Mass, and we learned today his name is Jack.

Please say a prayer for this man, and also, if I might ask for a prayer for my own Jack (6yo) who was extremely shaken up (almost ill) after witnessing this. Thank you.

We have had two very special devout Mr. Jacks pass away over the past 9 years. This made me remember them dearly this morning. Praying here for this Jack's health and your sweet son, Jack.
