Been dealing with the same people for a while. Finally think we may get this offer signed and under contract. It is less then we wanted - but better then anything else. Also, pray if this does happen that I can find a home. It is a local move - I have kept my eye out , but nothing that jumps out at me as me loving . . . just looking online for now. Pray that my realtor and I can find my new home quickly and the closing dates work.But I get ahead of myself as this is all verbal right now - gotta see the actual offer on paper.
Also, am praying for all of us selling our homes!

Well, we are signing the contract tomorrow. . . Now my head is spinning. I am trying to look at houses online and my realtor and I are starting to look on wednesday! Pray we are led to the house God intends! I find my self planning for the inspection. THis is a very large house and it will take ALL day! I am thinking: drop cats to board at vets, breakfast, mini golf, park, a movie (there's gotta be something a Mom, dd14yr, ds 19 yrs and ds 9 can see - maybe Chimpanzee if it is still around). Then lunch sometime. THe mall, by then I think crashing at the library will be nice! I would take a longer drive to a museum - but my car is acting funny and I don't want to take it on a long drive till it goes in!
Oh - yes my mind is also figuring on boxes, packing . . .
Ok - my house has been on the market about 14 months and so why all the planning and activity seem to catch me off guard  .
Thanks for prayers! It is a lot for this mom to think of going through.
I am continuing praying for all the requests here! What an awesome prayer community!

Found a house and put an offer in -waiting to hear! Also, inspection on the house I'm selling is Friday. All so nerve wrecking!
