We got another very low offer on our house. Ithas been on the market for 18 months. Please pray that we can get an offer that we can afford to take. We have already lowered it 50K and it is not sn expensive house. I appreciate your prayers. God bless all if you.

We got a second offer and are in negotiations. We will be losing a lot of money, but we are now close together in numbers. We have given our final offer and cannot go lower (we physically cannot get any more money to pay the bank). Please pray that this offer is accepted and that the inspection goes well. He seems like the type that might let a little problem with the inspection ruin the whole thing even though he is getting the house substantially below our appraised value. I really need prayers of discernment here. This has been a very long process (over 19 months) and we are completely financially drained. Thanks so much for your prayers. I continually pray for all of you in the same situation as us trying to sell a house in this market. God bless you.

After 2 days of negotiations, we finally got him to accept our lowest possible price. We are doing an inspection next week. This is an older house and this man is very particular so we are not out of the woods yet. Please keep praying. I really appreciate it! He is paying cash so we can close next week.
