Last year you posted about your family hosting some Literature Evenings. You had detailed plans for Christmas, and lots of suggestions for upcoming themes and/or authors.

Have you held any more evenings?

I'm very interested and am thinking about doing one for Christmas this year.

We did have a Christmas literature evening.....and will again. It was such fun.....lit tree, fire in the woodstove......cozy lighting.......and knitting and cuddling and an age range of 6-43 yrs.

I will post it.......nag me if I forget, please!

We also did CS Lewis......and I have one for Poe and Howard Pyle ready to go........and I hope to get a Shakespeare one together soon.

I would have done more Lit evenings, but my children are so busy........it is hard to have one when they are all present. It may acually be easier next year......when the two oldest leave home   

Thank you for asking......I HIGHLY recommend doing this!!!
