Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I just found out that the Catholic Family Expo/NACHE Conference (Baltimore, MD) will be in 2012 instead of 2011. My oldest daughter and daughter-in-law will both be starting to homeschool this fall, and we had been looking forward to attending all together.

Besides the Immaculate Heart of Mary Conference in June, does anyone know of upcoming conferences?

Blessings,

I would love to go to the IHM conference, but can't do it without bringing my kids which they don't allow. I really don't get that. Catholics have lots of kids!

I am going to attend Southeast Homeschool Convention because my parents live in Greenville.

Hi, Laureen!
Maybe we could make a day of it and head up to a conference together? Then again...such a temptation...

There's one in Harrisburg: Catholic Conference on April 2nd...that won't work, but I linked to it anyway!

Then there's one in Southern NJ on April 30th.

That's all I can find besides IHM. Neither date is good for your purposes, though.

Tell your dd to change her due date!

I plan on going to the CHAPLET conference! I went last year, and it is really nice. It is large enough to have a good number of vendors, but it isn't overwhelming. or too crowded.

Has anyone been to the Cleveland IHM conference? My sister actually lives in Berea. Maybe she could watch the kids for us. I know it isn't as big of a conference. That weekend isn't great for us. Would it be worth it to go?

The CHAPLET conference is a nice one. This is my local homeschool group and it is at my parish. Always really nice speakers and a good number of vendors. It is always our favorite conference of the year (both as attenders and as vendors...my husband owns ARX Publishing and vends at some of the conferences)

Has anyone been to the Seattle Conference? I don't know if we will get to go but I am going to try because I want to check it out badly but we are moving around that time.
