Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

No, I just had some squares that I cut. It too some trial and error and creative scrunching and folding for them to not look like dresses!

Also, this set doesn't have arms. Someone had a great idea to use pipe cleaners wrapped around the body to make arms and then make a small circle at the end for hands.

Me, too! I ordered the 3-6 album and we will see how it goes. If it works out then I will order the 6-9 next month.I also ordered the mini mass kit and linens.
I am going to try the clothespin dolls out, too, since we had some left over from making flower fairies.I am not very confident, though, in my abilities to make them look as nice as yours, Tracy.
btw, Anyone know how long it usually takes to receive orders from OFH?

Hi Theresa,

We're on the east coast & my last order from OFH took about a week.

Would you believe that we've had the Mass kit, vestments & linens for about 5 years now & only ordered the album the other day? My kids have gotten so much use out of what they have already though. I had 2 babies in those last 5 years though so that slowed me down slightly .

Embarking on this journey with my dc is truly a prayer answered. Thanks so much to all you wonderful ladies who are have been so helpful in making this a reality!

Theresa,
I had trouble ordering the 6-9 album online, so I left a messsage on the machine. I wondered if they even received it. I was surprised to get my order within a few days.

Great! I can't wait to get my hands on it all! Meanwhile, I am going to try my hand at making those clothespin dolls.

Anything else I could be getting together while I wait?

After a fervent prayer to Our Lady for some extra money to be able to start these lessons and buy some of these items, she very graciously heard my prayer and I just ordered Moira's books, the Mass Kit and a bunch of other stuff, so now I am off to the craft store to make those fantastic clothespin dolls. Thank you a million times Tracy for showing us how you did it.

Do you know which presentations you will begin with?

Actually, no. I don't know anything about the album, including what presentations are even in it, what order they should be taught, etc.
I would like to do any of them regarding baptism, for sure, since dd is being baptised at Easter (I know it is very late at age 5, but it's a long, complicated story beginning with not knowing if she was baptised as an infant or not).
Anyway, I want to do some preparation for that. I can't afford the baptism kit at OFH right now having spent so much on the other stuff, so I will have to make anything needed for that.
Other than that, I am clueless.
I am actually starting to think that I should have also gotten the 6-9 album, because isn't that the one with the Easter stuff in it?
Yikes. I really am lost, aren't I?
