Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Home Notebook
Home Control Binder
Home Journal
Home Management Binder
Home Management Journal

Whatever you call it, I'm trying to put one together. I would love to have a thread with everyone's blog posts about their own Binder or notebook, and a list of links for forms and pages to print.

And if you don't have a blog, here would be a great place to share your own plans and pictures.

Pretty please? I know so many of you done one and shared so generously.

Here's my initial post. Reading this, I see that I need to update it with recent additions.

Real Simple had pages of forms to print. I haven't perused them all.

I only have a black and white printer.

This is a good idea, Jenn. I'd like to see them all too. Here is my post.

Jenn I have mine in a series of posts in the Prairie Home index of my blog. I am going to try to remember how to link them in the sidebar and get them all together. Here are the links:
Home Journal
Housekeeping
Laundry
Contacts, Faith etc
Focus Days
More Filler Page downloads
Meal Plans
Health and Emergency
Education

In the posts I have a ton of premade downloads of filler pages and dividers. Mine are in vintage-y fonts but they are all microsoft word so you can download, highlight the text, and change it to another font if you want to use the premades but don't want those fonts. I love dafont.com for finding thematic fonts!

Looking fwd to seeing others'!

Kim

Argh. I've been meaning to post about "the manual". Eh. As usual, I come late to the party. Is it okay if I post tomorrow?

Never too late! It's not a fair, I just thought it would be nice to have a place where we can collect all these posts. Even with the ones that are complete, tweaking always happens, and it's helpful to have it here to reference and inspire. At least that's my way of thinking.

Oh, I've mentioned this before, but I found Martha Stewart's Homekeeping Handbook very inspiring and helpful. Her list of daily, weekly, monthly, seasonly/yearly tasks was quite practical, doable and not overwhelming.

I don't see the list online on her site, so I'll have to type it up for myself.

I am thinking about trying to start a notebook...how's that for sounding vague and behind-the-times

I am looking for a form or template for a permanent calendar of each month. For example, it would say January at the top and then have 31 numbered lines down the page where you write in things like birthdays, anniversaries and feast days and keep the twelve sheets to refer to year after year. I have been looking at the various sites with printable forms but I can't find anything like this. Has anyone found this sort of thing anywhere? Or made your own and would like to share?

Yes, Kim! This is exactly what I've been looking for! Did you format it yourself? It's lovely. Now I can just print some out on cardstock, insert in page protectors, and get going!
Thank you so much!!!

Jenn,
Thanks so much for asking for all this in one place. And thanks everyone for sharing! I just started mine...have the cover, spine and three dividers done! It will be so nice to be able to refer here as I finish mine. Which I'm thinking will take some time!
God bless,
Angela
