Marianna will receive her First Holy Communion this Sunday!
Exciting, joyous occasion indeed! I have always thought Advent is a great time of preparation, and this year our Advent has been one of intense Eucharistic preparation.
After too many delays over the years, everything has fallen into place in the most amazing way, from the Joyous Sunday chosen by Father, right down to an Advent Workshop held at the parish tonight on the topic of Reconciliation!
My heart is overflowing with thanksgiving and joy! I would like to thank all you wonderful 4Real moms who mean so much to my family. Inspiring, informing, and enlightening us, you are a true blessing I am thankful for tonight! Unit Studies on First Communion, the Mass, the Easter Vigil, fabulous feast days on blogs throughout the blogosphere, articles at Catholic Culture, what an impact!
Marianna would like to request your prayers for her First Holy Communion on this, the Third Sunday of Advent at 9:00 in the morning.
