It's new. I haven't seen the book yet, but I know the author and I'm excited to read it soon!

I should add it's really promising. Colleen has been researching and writing this for many years. She is very knowledgeable of the Catholic faith and also a wonderful creative cook.

Bumping this. Colleen graciously gifted a copy to me, so I was able to look more closely. I will review it on my blog, but also mention here.
Celebrating Advent and Christmas with Children by Colleen Rooney. The subtitle is "Food Celebrations with the Saints for Home and School" -- and the book keeps this aim in mind.
She breaks down Advent and Christmas into all the feasts and provides do-able recipes for each, some simple, some a little more help. The instructions are well-done. Also included is great background information, some traditions explanations (Las Posadas, for example), and then a Lesson for the feast day. The lesson is broken down in steps so it could be presented in a classroom or a group of children.
It's well done. For someone who wants to open up a book and have it all there without too many choices, usable for your older children to help with planning, too, I really like it.
The recipes range from traditional cultural recipes to popular modern ideas like candy pops and cake pops. The recipes are from scratch and also simplified ideas such as using pre-made dough cookies. All the recipes are marked with a Level, including whether adult supervision is needed (like churros which require frying).
I think this would be very useful for co-op setting, Little Flowers or Saint of the Month club type groups, or Religious Education classes, or parochial school settings, but also the family setting, especially in a homeschool would work well.
The illustrations are hand drawn by Kathleen Woodburn and very sweet. There are no photos of the recipes, but I found the instructions quite clear.
