Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I didn't, I'll have to go back and have a longer look. I had a look at Primary Grade Challenge Math and was quite tempted to buy it!

I smiled when you said your plans imploded, I'm not surprised

My situation is we have been using Singapore Maths for years, probably at least 10. It was a good fit for dd now 20, she is mathematically minded and grasped concepts quickly. Not really a good fit for ds now 18 but we stuck with it, and he is poor at maths. Not certain that it was the best for ds' 16 & 14 but I got them through the Grade 6 book and then switched to our highschool program Mathematics.com.au Our next two girls are not liking Singapore maths, they're bright enough but I think it moves too quickly, so I'm really, really considering MEP. The younger boys 7 & 5 are very maths orientated, always talking maths, multiplying, computating etc like your twins really.
